BOROUGH STREETS.

Sir, —Can the chairman of the-Works Committee explain why the shingling of Cameron street east has not been completed 1 I can only say if the raleptydfs , of the north division again decline tin elect a member who will attend to their ihterests, they well deserve to walk in-mud and leave the magnates of the sooth and west ends to enjoy good footpaths of asphalts and shingle to their door.—l am, etc., Saint Nil.
