In the Assembly last night, a Railway Management Bill was introduced. It provides for the appointment of three Commissioners and an additional Minister. Government will endeavor to procure an experienced railway manager from England to act as Chairman of the Board. I Parliament Dissolved, Brisbane, To-day. In the Legislative Assembly last night Sir Thomas Mcllwraith, the Premier, announced that the Ministry had recommended the Acting-Governor to dissolve Parliament, and his Excellency had granted the dissolution. The Premier stated that the Government desired to pass an Additional Members Bill and an Appropriation Bill for Lsoo.ooo before dissolving. A discussion took place on the Premier’s announcement, but the debate was adjourned.
