The P. and O. steamship Carthage arrived at Plymouth this morning, from Melbourne (May 22nd). Bradlaugh Expelled. London, July 10. In the House of Commons last night Sir Stafford Northcote moved that Mr Bradlaugh be excluded from the precincts of Westminster Palace. After some debate the motion was carried on a division by a large majority. The Envoys from Madagascar. The Malagasy envoys sailed yesterday on their return to Madagascar. New South Wales Loan. Colonial breadstuff's continue dull and unchanged—Adelaide wheat, ex warehouse, 465; New Zealand ditto, 42s to 455; Adelaide flour, 335. Australian tallow, dull at 41s for best beef and 42s fid for best mutton.
