The George Roper. : The ship George Roper has fetched 1,3,600 at auction. Another Wreck. During the very stormy weather yesterday the steamer Blackboy became a total wreck, while attempting to obtain salvage from the George Roper. The crew of the Blackboy were all saved by the lifeboat. Shipping. m , Sydney, To-day. Arrived, on Saturday—Steamship City of New York, frorn Auckland; and this morning, steamship Hauroto, from Wellington. The Ministerial Crisis in Queensland. Brisbane, To-day. The Premier will make a statement to-morrow in the Assembly as to the course the Government intend to pursue in view of the recent defeat on the transcontinental railway question. It is expected that the Ministry will ask for and obtain a dissolution.
