giving notice of appeal. In a cross action, Harding v. Moynahan, judgment went for the defendants with c fts. His Worship strongly commented on the former case, regarding the manner in which the plaintiff had got rid of his ramoy, and said the matter merited further consideration. He thought the Licensing Bench should look into the matter at its next sitting.
