Breadstuff's are. quiet, and are unchanged. Adelaide wheat, ex store, 495; New Zealand ditto, 43s to 465; Adelaide flour, ex warehouse, 33s 6d. Australian tallow Best beef, 42s ; best mutton, 43s 6d. The organisation of the expedition against the false prophet and his followers has been completed, and a. force of 1,000 men have set out for Soudan. r i he debate on the Premier’s proposed new rules of procedure was re: sumed in the House of Commons last evening, when Mr Gladstone move 4 the adoption of the second rule, pror viding that no motion for adjournment of the House shall be made, except by leave of the House, until after the orders of the day and the notices of motion have been entered upon. A large number of amendments was proposed, and the discussion continued until the rising of the House.
