I, DUNCAN McKENZIE, of Ashburton, being the holder of a Publican’s License in respect of the house and promises situate at Ashburton, and known as the Ashburton Hotel, do hereby give notice that I desire to obtain and will at the next Licensing Meeting, to be holden at Ashburton on the 4th day of December, 1882, apply for a transfer of the said license from myself to Thomas Orphine, my appointee i}ated the 24th dav of August, 1882.
