New Zealand oats are unchanged at 3s fid, and maize at 5s id. Sugar Company’s No. 1 pieces, per ton, LSO. Twenty-five per cent. The Commercial Bank of Sydney has declared a dividend of 25 per cent, for the last year. Feeders. It has transpired that the Government now propose to adopt a system of light railways in place of tramways, which it was intended to construct in country districts as feeders for main railway lines. Flour and Freights. Adelaide, Yesterday. Wheat is very firm at 6s fid, being an advance of fid. Town flour, Ll 4 per ton; country brands, Ll 3 15s (s/ir). The market for freights is unchanged.
