[per reutkr’s agency.] Judgment Reversed. Melbourne, Yesterday. Application was made to the Supreme Court to-day in the appeal case Union Steamship Company of New Zealand v. the Melbourne Harbor Trust, for damages sustained by the steamer Rotorua in October last, to enter a verdict for the plaintiffs. Argument was heard upon the rule nisi granted by the Full Court, and judgment was reserved. Want a Rise. The Victorian railway employes are applying for a general increase of wages in consequence of the present dearness of food.
