Fatal Accident. Christchurch, To-day. A man named Ralph Reading was working at a circular saw at Pavitt’s yards, Sydenham, this morning, when a portion of the saw flew off and struck him on the head, cleaving it open from the crown to the chin. Death was instantaneous. Free Railway Passes. Government have given foreign exhibitors at the Exhibition free railway passes up to July 31st.
