[per reuter’s agency.] The Cloture. London, May 8. It has transpired that Mr Gladstone has agreed to accept the amendment which has been proposed on the motion for the adoption of cloture. The amendment provides that the cloture shall not be applied unless supported by twothirds of a majority of the House.
