SENSATIONAL ELOPEMENTS.
A Home paper says the body of a respectable young lady was found floating in the river at Belfast harbor recently. It was removed to the morgue, where it was identified as that > of a Miss Wilson, who left her home in„ North Wales in January with a married} man, at whose house she had lived,, since in Belfast under the name of" Richardson. The man’s wife arrived-'* on Saturday from Liverpool, and dis-ft covered the residence of the runawayT pair, and a disturbance ensued, with f
the result that the deceased left s the house in an excited state, and it is supposed committed suicide. The deceased gave birth to a child three months ago. Great excitement has been caused in Ludlow by the elopement of one of the most eloquent and favorite curates of the parish church, Mr Bennett, with a pretty milliner. What makes matters worse is, he* is married, and lived happily with this wife. A letter has been received frbm the erring clerk, dated London, which says that it is no use following him,j as he does not intend to desert the young lady he has taken under his charge/
