The Times to-day publishes a telegram from Afghanistan stating that dissension has arisen among the adherents of the Ameer Abdul Rahman. The discontent is chiefly manifesting itself amongst the Duranie tribes. Nature Aids the Insurgents. Paris, Dec. 12. Telegrams are to hand from Tunis reporting that heavy rains have fallen in that country, causing severe floods in many parts, and that the operations of the French troops against the insurgents are, in consequence, temporarily stopped.
