London, Nov. 22. The Daily News has a leading car tide upon the success of Mr Bryce and the colon! d forces in apprehending: TeWhiti and other agitators and dispersing the assembly of natives at Parihaka. ; The bloodlessness of tho victory ; was noted, with great satisfaction, while the hope was expressed that the probabilities of a renewal of hostilities between the twd races had been crushed by the decisive measures adopted in New Zealand. Government is' again exhorted to deal as generously with Te Whiti and his fellow fanatics as the circumstances of the case will allow.
