The Milburn Creek Scandal. Sydney, To-day, In the Legislative Assembly last night, the Hon. Sir Henry Parkes (Premier), referring to the steps which had been adopted by the Government in dealing with the Milburn Greek Copper Mine Company, stated 1 that with the exception of Sir John Robertson, who resigned his portfolio on the xoth inst, members of the Cabinet had throughout been of unanimous opinion as to the action which should be taken in the matter. Small-Foz. Another death from smallpox occurred yesterday.
