In the case of Wallace v. Stoddart, Mr Branson applied for an enlargement of time, and alio for house service. The application was granted. Stevenf v. M'Kenzie Claim for 18s 6d, Rent, is, and goods, 3s 6d. Order for 18s, with 7s costs. Ashburton Borough Council v, Butler —Claim, for rates, Ll 6. Charles Braddell, Town Clerk, proved the case. Order for Ll 5, with 19s costs. Tucker v, Pearce—No appearance of plaintiff. Case struck out. The Town Clerk had several summons oases for rates, all of which, with the exception of Mrs Butler’s, were settled out of Court. The Court then adjourned.
