Adelaide wheat, ex warehouse, 48s; New Zealand wheat, 45s ; Adelaide flour, exwarehouse, 33s 6d ; Australian tallow —best beef, per cwt, 355; best mutton, 37s 6d. Wool Sales. At the wool sales to-day, 11,400 bales were offered, and prices showed a hardening tendency. 9,000 bales have been withdrawn from sale since the opening. A Reduction Wanted. In the House of Commons to-day a resolution was agreed to, on a division, setting forth that any fresh commercial treaty with the French Government would be unsatisfactory unless it provided for a reduction of the import duties levied by France. Further Riots. News has been received to-day from Ireland, reporting that the disturbances in the neighborhood of Cork have been renewed. Further riots have occurred between the police and the peasantry, and general disorder prevails in the district. Thrown Out. Paris, June. 9 The French Senate to-day, after a lengthy debate, threw out the Bill which passed the Chamber of Deputies last month providing for the adoption of the Scrutin de Uste in place of the system of Scrutin d'arrondissiment
