He insists that the Reform question shall be settled before the appropriation of funds is authorised. A New Trial. Sydney, June 3. The Bulletin libel case came before the Court of Appeal to-day.. Aftci hearing the arguments of counsel on both sides the Court made an order for a new trial, on the ground that certain evidence against the paper had been improperly admitted in the Supreme Court.
