In the House of Commons to-day, Lord John Manners, on behalf of the Conservative party, gave notice of motion declaring that the Bill to be introduced by Mr Labbuchere to enable Mr Bradlaugh to take the oath would only produce further confusion, without arriving at a settlement of the question. More Trouble in the TransvaalCapetown, April 20.
