A London telegram slates that the Pacific mail steamer City of New York which left Auckland on the ist March, has not yet reached San Francisco, and is a week over due. A steamer has left San Francisco to search for the City of New York. The Markets. Sydney, April 1. Hennessy's brandy, case, 36s 6d ; kerosene, diamond, per gallon, is qd; maize, per 6olbs, 3s ; candles, D.R.0., per ib, Bd. Adelaide, April 1. Wheat is quoted at 4s 3d to 4s 6d, with no business doing. Town flour, Lto 5s to Lio 10s ; country flour, Lq 7s 6d. Freights to London, steamer, 45s ; do, sailing, 42s 6d. Freights to the United Kingdom, from Adelaide, 42s £d to 455; ditto, from outports, 45s tq 47s 6d.
