The jury for the fine arts section of the International Exhibition have awarded the American Waltham Watch Company the first order of merit for engraving and enamelling. It is announced that Commodore Wilson, commanding the Australian Squadron, has made arrangements for a naval review and sham fight on a scale of great magnificence, and that the manoeuvres are to be carried out on Tuesday, April 12.
