The Late Collision. The coroner’s inquest concerning the death of Henry Mayo concluded yesterday. The evidence was somewhat conflicting, and the jury returned a verdict of accidental death, but added a rider expressing the strongest disapprobation at the carelessness of the railway departments not providing a signalman at the Kensington crossing at all hours when trains are running.
