The prospect of the permanent cessation of disorder in Ireland has been dispelled by reports which have now come to hand that argrarian outrages in that country are again occurring. There is apparently every prospect of a revival of the agitation. Evacuation of Candahar. Calcutta, Feb. 23. Intelligence has been received from Candahar that circumstances have transpired there which led to the belief that the evacuation of the place by the British garrison will shortly be commenced. No definite announcement of the intended withdrawal of troops has, however, been made public at Candohar or in this city. Exportation of Arms. Paris, Feb. 23. Disclosures have been made that an extensive exportation of arms has been taking place from France to Greece for some time past. The authorities have issued a prohibition against the supply of arms to that country. Arrived Safely. Capetown, Feb. 23. Telegrams have been received to-day from Natal that the convoy of provisions, arms, and ammunition despatched from Newcastle has arrived safely at SirG. Colley’s camp at Ingogo
