♦ Resumption of the Debate. Mr. Parnell and His Adherents Expelled from the House. (By Cable.) London, Fob. 3. The debate on the Irish Coercion Bill was resumed in the House of C.GHUVidns last evening. The Irish again pursued a cours e of obstruction and much disorder prevailed. Finally, Mr. Parnell and all his adherents were, by the Speaker’s order, expelled from the House, and da® discussion on the measure proceeding quietly.
