Company’s ship Waimate arrived from London this morning, after a grand passage Of 68 days from the Eddystone. She brings 26 passengers, all well. J. J. Conolly, a saloon passenger died on the ypyage from phthisis, and an ordinary ;'.Beaman died from effusion of blood on the 'JEhe Waimate was loading when, ; the .steamer Northumberland loft Lpndon, ’ .’Hie Northumberland thus heating the -Waimate only seven days on the passage.
