(Per Keider's Agency.) An Imaginary Torpedo. London, Jan. 5. An official denial has been given -to the report circulated yesterday that a torpedo had been found under the bow of H.M.s. Lord Warden, in the Firth of Forth. Attempt to Brum Down the Liverpool Dock Buildings. A fire broke out at the Liverpool Dpcks to-day, but it was extinguished before any harm was done. It has transpired that the fire was caused by an incendiary, who had used petroleum, with the evident intention of completely destroying the docks. - The Bpers —More Indian : Troops fcMre • . sent •-■y !
