The cricket match between the Australians lately returned from England and the Victorian representative eleven was commenced to-day. The latter went first to the wickets, and were all disposed of for 16S runs. The Australian team went in for their first innings, and when the stumps were drawn for the day had lost two wickets for 47 runs. Murdoch was bowled after scoring 26 runs.
