Charge op Assault Against an M.H.R. —At the Wellington Magistrate’s Court an Tuesday a . charge of assault, preferred against Mr. Acton Adams, M.H.R., by Mrs. Cecilia Stewart, was heard. It appeared that defendant was trustee for certain property at Blenheim in which complainant is interested. Mrs. Stewart called upon Mr. Adams with reference to the matter, and after a few words had passed, became abusive, whereupon she was ejected. No greater force' was used than was necessary. The case was dismissed.
