COUNTY COURT.

Tuesday last being the day appointed for the sitting of the above court, His Hon, F. Whitaker, Esq., took his seat shortly after ten o'clock. The list of jurors were called over and on twelve ot the gentlemen taking their seats, his hon* congiatulated them on their being no cases for trial, and dismissed them. This speaks well for our small community where so many poor people are suffering; /rom the general depression of the times.
