Should any irregularity or mistake occur in future in the non-delivery of the “ Chronicle, ’* we shall feel obliged to our Subscribers, by imme* diately forwarding notice of the same to this office, when the evil shall be promptly remedied and we hereby caution non-subscribers from taking or purchasing, under any circumstances whatever papers from the runners, February 7, 1814.
