Sir, Since your last Visit to this District the Natives at the Parawanui and Wiconi Pahs seem very anxious to rent the Reserve in this district they say they expect your authority for so doing daily, should such be the case, as to get your sanction myself and Mr. Fraser have partly come to terms with the Natives (of course subject to your approval) the part we want is the
