on my account by you, I will briefly state the prospects before me, which I only wait your sanction to follow out - Mr. Burton has offered to give me the benefit of three or four months with him to fulfill the suggestions contained in the letter addressed to me by the Judge of the Land Court. I am willing to accept the term of probation and to afford Mr. Burton what assistance I can as some return for his kindness. At the end of that time Mr. Webber may give me his aid to procure the License. At the same time I will not do even this unless I know if be approved by yourself, for whatever my faults are and have been, I am not selfish enough to seek to benefit by Burton's kindness at the expence of his interests. With the assurance of my gratitude to yourself, for kindliness under all circumstances I beg to remain Dear Sir Your most obedient Servt. George B. Worgan
