Last week I dealt with*balance and &roath~ ing s This week I propose saying something 3 1 on Log Actions Having mastered the correct breathing method, the leg action should follow., Hold on to the root or rock; the legraction commences from the hip- legs should be straight, but not stiff and the toes should be in lino with the lag and turned slightly inward# Without expending any more energy than necessary the legs should be briskly thrashed up and down just below the surface of the water o At the same time a very slight bicycle action should bo introduced, particularly in the ankle joints.; Do not make the leg strokes too big##..this is a common failing vrt th h n tri nn er a
