Hospitality: When your delegate has been appointed and if requires hospitality, write immediately to Mrs. C. G. Johnson, 2 Shirley Road, Karori, Wellington, W. 3. 2. Convention Roll: Send the name of your delegate to me, as soon as appointed. 3. Credential: Provide your delegate v.’ith a Credential which should be handed to r*te at commencement of Convention. • 4. Service of Remembrance: should be glad if you would let me have the names of members of your Union who have passed away since last Convention not later than 26th February. 5.
