If your Branch has no Superintendent in this Department, please attend to the matter yourself. At the same time, please send me any resolutions your branch wishes to send to Convention. How are all the Bands of Hope functioning this year? Who is to win the membership Banner? Be sure to report-report fully, and in time. Make a point of purging your rol\ marking off any who have not attended during the year, and stating in your report the number of Pledged members. Give as much detail as you can regarding: the year’s work —entries for Scientific Exams, resuits of same, studying done, etc. Reports of newly-formed Bands are of :necial interest. I.—Have you formed a Study Group, had talks on the Aims and Objects of the W.C.T.U., the duties of officers, or the New Zealand Constitution?

2. —Have you formed or introduced any new methods this year? 3. —Have you held a School of Methods, or trained any members for office?
