President’s Message

Dear Friends, — Which way are you looking? Along God’s road, toward certain victory in our fight against the Liquor Traffic, or are you allowing you r self to look along the Doubter’s road that will make your efforts so much less effective than they ought to be? A fact that we should strive to make plain is that there is no neutral ground in this fight. If we do not work with God to banish evil, by default we are working against Him. As long as wc li\e we are heart and soul in the fight to banish beverage alcohol. That being the case, we can never support State Control, Trust Control, or any other method of sale; two of the chief reasons against the sale through any channel whatsoever being, I—That Alcohol will still be a poison, under whatever conditions it is sold; and 2 That it is the cause of more damage to human life and happiness than any other known factor.

Let your hearts he filled with God's love and pity, and your minds with God’s knowledge. Unfurl your banners, and go forward to victory with firm steps and cheerful faces. Very cordial greetings from C. E. KIRK.
