“SERVICE OF MEMORIES”
We have been a-kcd by tiie North hast Valley Executive to publish the following corrected list of those of their number who have been called “Home" during the past year. It will be noted with deep regret that many of the>e are names of past officers, and we sympathise with those left to carry on the work, in their great loss. Mrs. Green, President; Mrs. Gibson, Vice-President; Mrs. Sanders, Treasurer; Mrs. Hou ton, Auditor; Mrs. Leckie, a Foundation member; Miss McLeod. Not many Unions will have suffered so severely. Our prayers are for the strengthening of this Union in numbers and in j»ower to carry on their work in the great cause. A CORRECTION Also, in connection with the above, we are asked to state that the inclusion of the name of Miss Ethel Fitter among those of Auckland’s departed members was a mistake, caused by her sigrature having been taken to be a name to be included. A poem from Miss Piper’s pen api>ears in the present issue.
