Parcel* for Britain: Those Unions wishing to carry out the suggestion made at Convention will he interested in the following list of foodstuffs which may be sent: — Tinned Foods: Lamb and green peas, pork brawn, corned beef bash, Camp pie, luncheonette, cheese spread, jam and honey. Also: Malted milk, cornflour, jellies, fat, soap, soup powders, cakes in properly sealed tins. It is only' permitted to send one parcel per month to any one person. Only two lbs. of any one commodity may he included in a parcel. Parcels may he up to 7 lbs. in weight. It is wise to weigh each article separately so that the parcel may be as near to the maximum weight allowed as possible. Weights given on tins are often not quite reliable, and it is annoying to have made up a parcel for posting that is too heavy. Weights of parcels and cost of postage:
