Dear Sisters. — I regret that 1 have )**en rather late in sending out the report forms for this department, and Lope it may not make it difficult for the Secretaries to get the information required. I would urge the importance of this department, and the opportunity it offers for work to even the most diffident member. All that is required is the desire to help forward our work, and steady perseverance, in circulating cither books belonging to their own branch or those procured from the Do minion Library.
