Will all officers, "White Kihljon" agents, and Unions kindly note that we are closing our books for IPL’6 about the middle of January? That will give time for subscriptions to be collected and new subscribers obtained. Has your Union done its part in getting new subscribers? If not. you have time now. Don’t let us go to Convention as we did last year, with more than half our Unions defaulters, not taking enough interest in our educative work to gain even one new subscriber. The list for tlte earlier quarters published in October issue will show how each one stands, and enable defaulting Unions and Districts still to get their quota t»efore the hooks are closed for the year. Will Secretaries of Unions please see that the following information is supplied to our Business Manager:—<l> Number of subscribers on Union list.
