SWISS WHITE RIBBONERS.

The W.C.T.IT. in Switzerland is in two sections the derman-speaking and the French speaking. The Germanspeaking- branch is doing very tine educational work, also a wonderful practical work in the fight against alcohol. At first it wars supported by voluntary contributions, hut now they are self-supporting. The annual turnover is over four million franc**. The number of daily visitors is more than ten thousand. All profits are reserved for carrying on the work and for new foiindut ions. Temperance canteens in factories have been created by another Swiss White RiMtoner. There are now 43 of these.
