Children are scrofulous, though the- American Relief Commit tee has * rovided twenty million mean . . . The British Mission n also iluitije splendid service.” I mg to suggest. Madam that as winter is nigl*. in Europe, steps !>*> taken at once to raise an Xmas !• a mine* Fund to suppl\ the Vienna child ten with food'and later with warm < iothing. Our Mayors ond State School to., edicts could receive donations, etc.. I have proposed alxive for, the follow ing reasons: (1) No great charity appeal has been made of late.
