The White Ribbon. For God and Home and Humanity. WELLINGTON, MAY 19, 1919. MEMBERSHIP CAMPAIGN.
Among Plans of Work discussed at Convention was that of a b’g membership campaign. For the next great fight we want every temperance woman lirKcd up in one great organisation. We will win only by the persona! efforts of every worker. Every woman has a circle of friends, large or small, which she can influence, and the larger oui membership, the larger the circle of outsiders that we can
influence. We would suggest that Unions approach Church Guilds and every other woman’s organisation, and ask them to allow a speaker to urge the claims r? our work upon their attention. Get as many as possible to join us. Then we must go out and each individual must try and win others. Our motto for this campaign should bo, “Every Voter a Worker.” Let us aim to get every woman who voted for us at the poll to come out and work for us during this campaign. We had a “VYm one Campaign” in the pa>t. Now we want a “Win Half-a-Dozcn Campaign. ’ Will all Unions join in this great effort? W hich District, which Union, will gain the most new members during the year?
