Despite war expenses amounting to 12,000.000,exx> roubles, and thanks to the abolition of the alcohol monopoly, the' financial strength of the country is growing. The savings of the nation since the beginning of flu 4 war have increased by 2,000,000,(xx> roubles. The Russian Minister of Finance.
