Heritage on display

Maori culture will be on display along with many other facets of New Zealand life at the newly opened Heritage Park in Mt Wellington, Auckland.

The maori presence has been helped by Howard Morrison, who has assisted in the training of young men and women who will demonstrate Maori arts at the park.

The park’s owners have their hopes high for visitor enjoyment and say close on a half million people will visit in the first year.
