A GOOD BREAKFAST FOR CHILDREN INCLUDES: * Porridge or cereal with plenty of milk or * A cooked dish—egg or bacon or meat or fish and * Milk or a milky drink and * Toast or bread (to fill up the gaps) Children MUST have a good breakfast to keep them fit and alert right through the morning. Breakfast should supply at least ¼ of the day's food—you can't make up at lunch and dinner what you miss at breakfast. 6.59A
