UK & USA Siouxie Sioux has been ordered to stop singing until the new year. A European throat specialist says she's' got to rest, and change her vocal style, or risk losing her voice completely. . British specialists agree. Sioux's been told she must have a biopsy operation to remove tissue, - followed by . a long convalescence. She'll also be taking speech therapy to learn how to project her voice instead of harming her vocal chords.
