ALTHOUGH "The Wizard of | Oz" features winged monkeys, witches flying over | mountains, apple trees which play catch with each other with their own apples, and such characters as the Tin Woodman, the Wicked Sorceress and the Munchkins, M-G-M say it will be handled "not as fantasy but as an ultra-modern musical spectacle "!
