What Roosevelt Told Dictators
FROM New York the "Record" receives a neat little story about Hitler, Mussolini and Roosevelt. The three met to divide up the world, Mussolini maintaining that he should have the largest share as fe had been dictator longest. Hitler agreed that Mussolini had been dictator longest, but insisted that God had. promised that he should have the largest share. "? did nothing of the kind," President Roosevelt snapped.
