Monday, December 12: Art Shaw and his Music feature in the dance session from 1YX, Auckland, at 8 p.m. An hour of dance music by the bands of Horace Heidt and his Brigadiers, Hal Kemp, and Ozzie Nelson, with interludes by Ivor Moreton and Dave Kaye and Charles Magnante, will be broadcast from 2YA at 10.2 p.m. Dick Colvin and ‘his Music supply the dance programme from 4YA at 10 p.m. Tuesday, December 13: "Billy Cotton Entertains"’-a programme of dance music by Billy Cotton and his Band, with inter ludes by Kenny Baker, from 3YA at 10 p.m. Wednesday, December 14: Sammy Lee and his Americanadians, at present helping to popularise "The Lambeth Walk," supply the dance programme (relay from Majestic Cabaret) for 2YA at 10 p.m. Thursday, December 15: An hour of dance music by the bands of Frank Froeba, Mal Hallett and Woody Herman will be presented from 1YA at 10 p.m. Friday, December 16: "Rhythm on Record’-a programme of new recordings, with special swing session, compered by Arthur Pearce-from 2YA at 10 p.m, The bands of Henry Jacques and Eddy Duchin feature in the dance programme from 8ZB at 11 p.m The Savoy Dance Band, on relay from the Savoy Restaur ant, provides the dance music from 4YA at 10 p.m, Saturday, December 17: Lauri Paddy and his Band, on relay from the Peter Pan Cabaret, provide the dance programme from 1YA at 10 p.m, The Bailey Martson Dance Orchestra (on relay from the Winter Garden), presents a programme of modern dance music from 8YA at 9.5 p.m.
